Recognised by House and Garden as one of UK’s Top100 interior designers, Carlos set up his practice in 2009 and during these years has been involved in a wide range of projects, from town houses to country houses.

The Compass Collection is Carlos’ first collection of fabrics and wallpapers in collaboration with Nicole Fabre Designs and is the result of his life-long passion for antique fabrics and textiles. All fabrics, based on original documents in Carlos’ archives, have been sensitively updated, respecting their heritage and are entirely printed and woven in the UK.

Ottoman and French prints, English Chintzes, Spanish and Ottoman weaves, these fabrics and wallpapers reflect a journey around the world through its different cultures yet with a common denominator: A very English approach to decoration.
